Job Responsibilities:



  • Respond to calls and reroute them as needed.

  • Organize new meetings and appointments and oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda.

  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.

  • File and update the contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.

  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

  • Make travel arrangements.

  • Document expenses and hand in reports.

  • Point of reference for all queries, concerns, or requests, and an integral part of the company’s workforce.

  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties.


 Job Requirements:



  • BSc, HND, or its equivalent.

  • Proven track record as an administrative assistant or secretary

  • Knowledge of office organization and optimization techniques

  • A strong capacity for time management and multitasking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Integrity and professionalism

  • Proficiency in MS Office
