Responsibilities

• Performance tracking: analyzing KPI of the service in the region; offering solutions for improvement, growth and effective operations


• Data analytics tasks (including analysis of business metrics, market environment, competitors actions)


• Cross-team work coordination with Marketing, Operations, Courier acquisition for successful completion of tasks


• Market analysis - customer development, research, surveys, insights from the marketplace participants (clients and couriers)

Qualifications

• Higher education or experience in economics, marketing, market research or sales


• Hard Skills: strong analytical skills (data analysis in Excel, Google Sheets), report preparation in PowerPoint (Google Slides), analysis of business metrics (dashboards and Excel), Custdev (basic, based on prepared questionnaire)


• Cultural awareness - knowledge of the specifics of the Africa region (understanding of local cultural specifics in general, courier market features (e.g. competitors, product scenarios, clients' preferences, etc.)


• Ability to deliver tasks end-to-end with high quality


• Expertise or experience in delivery and business development (is a plus)


• Advanced level of English language
