Roles and Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings for the sales team, ensuring effective time management and follow-up on leads.

  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.

  • Communicate and liaise with customers regarding inquiries, bookings, and any sales-related matters in a professional and timely manner.

  • Manage customer email and phone inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and operations departments, to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, opportunities, and threats.

  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.


Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 1 year experience.
