Job Description



  • Responsible for assignments that may be confidential and time-sensitive requiring professionalism and a high degree of judgment and initiative.

  • Provide support to the successful completion of a variety of projects.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and remind the company's CTO of meetings, travels, accommodation on trips and activities.

  • Handle all logistics and administrative issues both in the office and at project sites.

  • Facilitate communication and ensure timely and efficient information flow between Management & staff.

  • Interface with other departments, and vendors

  • Provide administrative support for the company while working with minimal supervision.

  • Draft meeting minutes and monitor various reports and emails submitted to the CTO.

  • Keep track of the technical staff and contractors at various project sites.

  • Draft, type, and dispatch Management correspondence as assigned to her from time to time.

  • Ensure proper follow-up of the various projects.

  • Maintain a comprehensive office and virtual filing system.

  • Ensure that the office is fully functional at all times, especially during working hours.

  • Other assignments per directives of the company's Managing Director and Executive Director.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in related fields

  • 4 - 6 years prior experience in same role for a large international brand

  • Northern descent

  • Calendar management for meetings, travels and conferences

  • Manage international correspondence across time zones etc

  • Skilled in the use of Office softwares such as Ms Office, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc

  • Candidate must have great communication skills, highly analytic, and self-confident.
