Job Summary



  • As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within your designated region.

  • You will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team, sales teams, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns that align with overall business objectives.

  • The ideal candidate possesses a passion for technology, strategic planning and execution, as well as creative problem-solving, along with a proven track record of increase Top of Mind Awareness and Share of Voice for B2B brands.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans to meet regional business goals. 

  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Plan and execute targeted integrated marketing communications campaigns, events, and activities to generate leads and accelerate the sales pipeline. 

  • Utilise a mix of online and offline channels to maximise reach and impact. 

  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, including trade shows, conferences, and workshops. 

  • Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and pre/post-event marketing activities.

  • Collaborate with the Revenue teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales goals.

  • Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding. 

  • Track and analyse the performance of field marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights. 

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall effectiveness.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a strong return on investment. 

  • Negotiate with vendors and partners to maximise resources and opportunities

  • Drive partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach and awareness.

  • Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills including exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Proven experience of 5 years in marketing communications, stakeholder relations and engagement, or digital marketing in tech.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute innovative marketing strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.

  • Experience with Go-To-Market strategy development and execution for B2B businesses and brands

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced
