COURE an innovative and steadily growing technology company, is in need of a detail-oriented software quality assurance engineer to join our team. The professional will be responsible for developing a complete QA program that will advance our products in accuracy, security, and safety.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback


• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases


• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities


• Automate at least 60% of the processes


• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools


• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs


• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved


• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs


• Liaise with developers and product managers to identify system requirements


• Monitor debugging process results


• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions


• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts


• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies


• Transfer application data and knowledge to monitoring and ticketing support analysts to facilitate and improve service support for all IT solutions.


• Liaise with the software developers to create technical documents.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ of software quality assurance-specific experience with at least 2 years of experience in web Automation using Cucumber, Selenium, or Cypress are preferred


• A minimum of 2 years’ experience using postman for API testing and Jmeter for Load testing


• Must be able to use test management tools like Jira, Trello, and Azure.


• Understands and follows best practices in software testing


• Experience working in an agile environment


• Able to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
