The Manager of Food and Beverages is responsible for coordinating all phases of group meetings/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinating these activities daily; and assisting clients in program planning and menu selection.
Solicit local group Food and beverage business; maintain the services and reputation of Your Hotel and act as a management representative to group clients.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND in a relevant field with 5 - 10 years work experience.
