- Respond to external and external support calls
- TranzWare Online (TWO) System Availability
- Increase transaction processing efficiency and avoid unplanned downtime
- Transaction Processing Monitoring and escalation of critical issues
Duties & Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution for internal and external customers
- Processing Centre (TWO ,TWO FEP and other Transware applications) Systems Availability
- Transaction Processing Efficiency
- System Operations Support
- Respond to external and internal support within agreed SLA terms
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0-4 years experience.
