Objective

• To Produce Timely and Accurate Debtors' Monitoring Report for Management Decision making.


• Produce Accurate and timely invoices and Statements of Accounts Monthly to all our clients.


• Ensure all Invoices and payment are posted in Sage and reconciled. Produce Accurate sales report in sage at all times.


• Ensure that all Internal Debts Notes and Invoices are done and send to all Business units.

Job Descriptions

• Complete invoice preparation and circulation


• Complete invoice posting on sage and Ariba


• Ensure all month end reconciliation are done on Sage and compare with Excel


• Produce Monthly sales analysis report


• Prepare Debtors Statement of Account, and Circularize


• Preparation and Circulation of internal Debit note/invoices Forthly to Other Business units


• Sales reconciliation with Cost Management and Operations


• Ensure Timely collection of Proforma and Meal Recap from Location


• Ensure Real Time Posting of all inflows


• Ensure daily reconciliation of Receivable in Sage


• Ensure efficient and effective inter-facing with other Departments and Divisions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc. Degrees with 5+ years relevant work experience.
