  • We are seeking to recruit a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Field Sales Manager with experience in Luxury furniture & Bathroom wares sales in Nigeria for both residential and commercial.


Job Summary



  • This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue and market growth.

  • The candidate will lead day-to-day planning and execution of high-level sales strategies for the field sales team, devise new market approaches, oversee customer engagement, and more.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, builders, project managers, interior designers, hoteliers, and real estate developers.

  • Present premium furniture and bathroom solutions with expertise, addressing client concerns.

  • Negotiate deals and close contracts, exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue.

  • Lead and oversee the field sales team ensuring collaboration and cohesive efforts.

  • Continuously hone your skills through industry workshops, product training, and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Lagos luxury market and design trends.

  • Passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in exceptional customer experiences.

  • Driver's license and ability to drive independently.
