Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our products and services.

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, individuals and convert leads into customers.

  • Visit companies, schools, government agencies and other target organizations to promote our products and services

  • Design and implement result oriented marketing strategies to ensure targets are promptly met and desired goals achieved

  • Collaborate with other teams to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

  • Engage in strategic and result oriented flyer sharing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Able to meet targets, converse and close business deals

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Ready and willing to learn


Qualifications and Skills



  • HND or B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Must be familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
