  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.

  • Develops training and development programs and objectives as well as implementing learning strategies and programs .

  • Designing e-learning courses, for both technical and soft skills.

  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

  • Supporting the development and implementation of CIL Academy program.

  • Dealing with complex casework, performance, and employee relations issues.

  • Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.

  • Support in Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, succession planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.

  • Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.

  • Exemplifies the desired culture of the organization.

  • Work effectively as a team member with the HR staff.

  • Responsible for creating and introducing HR functions in our growing organization.
