Job Summary:



  • We are looking for a Sales & Partnership Manager to join our team and help us grow our business in the talent/recruitment space.

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion


Job Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and account management.


Client Acquisition:



  • Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.


Partnership Development:



  • Identify potential strategic partners in the talent industry, including agencies, institutions, and government parastatals.

  • Create and manage partnerships to enhance our talent pool and market reach.


Market Analysis:



  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the talent management sector.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and plans, and monitor and evaluate the sales performance and results.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • At least 5 years proven track record in B2G sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the Nigeria tech ecosystem.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong network of contacts and connections in the local and international talent/recruitment market

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Adaptability to a dynamic and rapidly changing industry landscape.
