Job Description



  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate portfolio and property management efforts.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's diverse real estate holdings, ensuring optimal performance, strategic growth, and efficient property management operations.

  • This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate management, financial analysis, and a proven track record of enhancing property value.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and oversee the company's real estate portfolio, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the performance and value of the portfolio.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, compliance, and potential areas for improvement.

  • Lead the property management team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of all properties.

  • Establish and enforce property management policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and negotiations to maximize occupancy rates and lease renewals.

  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of each property, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies to improve overall financial performance.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the real estate portfolio.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Develop and execute strategies for property improvement and enhancement projects.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement value-added initiatives.

  • Oversee relationships with third-party service providers, contractors, and vendors.

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.

  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and portfolio health for senior management.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate management, with a focus on portfolio oversight and property management.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
