We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate portfolio and property management efforts.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company's real estate portfolio, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the performance and value of the portfolio.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, compliance, and potential areas for improvement.
Lead the property management team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of all properties.
Establish and enforce property management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and negotiations to maximize occupancy rates and lease renewals.
Conduct thorough financial analyses of each property, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement strategies to improve overall financial performance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the real estate portfolio.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and execute strategies for property improvement and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement value-added initiatives.
Oversee relationships with third-party service providers, contractors, and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and portfolio health for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate management, with a focus on portfolio oversight and property management.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
