Understand the business strategy and translate into product strategy with detailed requirements and prototypes.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to design, sample production, testing, promotion, support etc. by creating a detailed product roadmap.
Interact with clients and users to obtain reformative feedback on customer experience, identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
Ensuring the quality of their product, including continuous service improvement, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the wider business.
Building ITSM policies and processes into the ways of working for the product, working with ITSM practitioners to ensure compliance.
Identifying the best processes and delivery methods to use, including for measuring and evaluating outcomes.
Supporting technical colleagues to manage and visualize the outcomes, prioritize work and meet the agreed minimum viable product, print and scope.
Collaborating with Service Partners, user researchers and engineers to understand the user's needs and desires, prioritizing and defining approaches to understanding the user stories.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Attend and participate in meetings with management as a consumer advocate.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
We are looking for someone who has previous working experience with software development and understands the SDLC.
