Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and correspondence,
Maintain and update programs' operations,
Conduct research as assigned and prepare weekly reports of activities and programs,
Schedule in-house and external meetings,
Digital filing and documentation,
Follow-up with the Head of operations on other deliverables,
Monitor and order all office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked,
Manage the logistics and coordination of company events and activities,
Skills / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related degree,
NYSC Batch C, 2023 Corp member,
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Experience with (cloud) office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically), Zoho Workspace, and Google Workspace,
