Description 



  • We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated Administrative and creative Intern who seeks to grow a career in Administration to join our team.


Responsibilities



  • Manage phone calls and correspondence,

  • Maintain and update programs' operations,

  • Conduct research as assigned and prepare weekly reports of activities and programs,

  • Schedule in-house and external meetings,

  • Digital filing and documentation,

  • Follow-up with the Head of operations on other deliverables,

  • Monitor and order all office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked,

  • Manage the logistics and coordination of company events and activities,


Skills / Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related degree,

  • NYSC Batch C, 2023 Corp member,

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

  • Experience with (cloud) office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically), Zoho Workspace, and Google Workspace,

  • Must have a working laptop.
