Responsibilities

• Control and direct the food preparation process


• Approve dishes before they reach the customer


• Manage and work closely with other chefs at all levels


• Create menu, recipes and develop dishes


• Ensure consistency in food taste and quality


• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as head chef


• Up to date with culinary trends and kitchen processes


• Culinary Degree is required


• Outstanding leadership skills
