Job Description

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of delivery, current status and answering questions.


• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.


• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.


• Other dispatch duties aligned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.


• Valid motorcycle rider's license with a clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or delivery personnel


• Familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.


• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.


• Attention to details.
