Job Summary

The Fleet Management Trainee will be responsible for;

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet.


• Developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet efficiency.


• Coordinating with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.


• Managing fleet maintenance schedules and ensuring their adherence.


• Implementing fleet safety and compliance procedures.


• Handling fleet-related budgets and expenditures.


• Training and development of fleet staff.


• Liaising with suppliers and vendors for fleet-related procurement.

Qualification and Experience:

• A Degree in Business Management, Logistics or relevant field.


• Experience in fleet management or similar role.


• Proficiency in fleet management software.


• Strong understanding of fleet management processes and procedures.


• Solid problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
