What’s the role?
- We’re looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Associate who would help to communicate across different channels exactly what we can do for our users. We want to help our users to understand the difference that our product can make in their lives.
- This means working on the marketing, positioning, branding and creative around the new products and features we build in the team. If you’ve got loads of ideas, a ‘let’s impact lives” attitude and the ability to articulate the ‘why’ behind decisions this role would be a perfect fit.
Your Responsibilities
- Writing engaging and persuasive marketing copy for our users - as appropriate - that stays on-brand but helps them to understand the value proposition behind a product
- Creating content with the objective of driving awareness and adoption of Kippa products
- Talking to our customers, coordinating surveys or taking any other steps you feel necessary to understand what matters to them so we can make sure our marketing is pitched against the right pain points
- Helping develop and co-own the tone of voice for Kippa products
- Experimenting with the use of copy, imagery, emails and other mediums to market the product most effectively
- Distilling down boringly essential financial concepts and instructions into a copy that’s fantastically straight-forward
- Working with designers to create excellent landing pages which meet qualitative and data-driven goals, such as uplifting conversion rate
- Assist in the planning and execution of public relations efforts required to drive awareness of Kippa products.
What do you need to bring with you?
- Proven track record writing excellent copy that engages, persuades and moves customers
- A data driven approach – you understand that the best decisions can be backed up with facts
- A challenger brand or consumer tech background
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of what makes a good product, based on your previous experience working closely on products and features
- Enthusiasm to understand and learn from our customers
- Keen attention to detail, an eye for creativity and the skill to jump between different formats quickly.
