Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are promptly addressed. Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Providing product information and recommendations to customers
- Processing orders, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining customer account information and updating it as necessary
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Assisting in the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Handling customer feedback and escalating complex issues to senior management as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving ability and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
