Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and must demonstrate proficiency in various computer programs, online tools, and adaptability to new platforms and software. You must also be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise communication platforms like email, Slack, Zoom or Teams, while screening and managing correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Utilise project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion to coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Conduct research and compile data using various online research tools and databases to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including agendas, presentations, and documentation utilising relevant software.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience with at leas 3 years as an executive assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
