Job Summary
- To guide and support the company teams in the compliance and monitoring of all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and management systems.
- To support and enable effective Accident and Incident investigations to be completed in order to identify the immediate and underlying causes and the appropriate corrective actions.
- To provide the appropriate level of challenge and help in developing actions to avoid repeat incidents.
- Facilitate the effective communication of HSE issues and learning points generated by site observations and from the corporate HSE teams.
- Assist with and/or complete regular formal safety inspections and internal audits as required.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- HSE system auditing experience.
- Clear understanding and belief in behavioural-based HSE leadership.
- Ability to work in a calm, controlled approach with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Self-starter and able to use initiative.
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
