Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the entire team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to CEO.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
- Be engaged in the product’s launches and event planning for clients.
- Oversee materials and inventory.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain constant communication with staff, management, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Oversee weekly meetings and ensure operational issues are addressed andresolved.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Perform quality controls and monitor departmental KPIs in partnership with Human Resources.
- Attend Industry events and make presentations on behalf of So.Me.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks from all staff.
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI).
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENT
- Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
- Knowledge/experience in the Public Relations industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years managing a business (Preferably in the PR/media industry).
