Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage key technical projects within our organization.


• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.


• The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.


• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration among team members.


• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.


• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.


• Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, both human and technical, effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects.


• Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.


• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project processes and methodologies, implementing best practices, and fostering innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.


• Proven experience (4 years) as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in managing complex technical projects, preferably in [in the fintech or banking sector].


• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.


• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
