We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage key technical projects within our organization.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration among team members.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources, both human and technical, effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project processes and methodologies, implementing best practices, and fostering innovation within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (4 years) as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in managing complex technical projects, preferably in [in the fintech or banking sector].
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
