PackaGo is looking for a Staff Accountant to help manage the financial needs of our affiliate company, Delivery Solutions. Reporting to the Product leader, this position will handle a wide spectrum of general accounting and operational support tasks within our Finance team. The ideal candidate thrives in a setting where they balance, moving swiftly while not missing a beat when it comes to details, accuracy, and organization.

What You'll Do

• Perform various day-to-day tasks that support accounts receivable and account payable processes


• Assist with processing of expenses for both employees and drivers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accounted for


• Support with end-of-month closure, ensuring accuracy with customer invoice entries


• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies


• Collaborate with various departments to complete necessary audits


• Obtain supplementary information for preparing financial statements


• Complete revenue-related account reconciliations


• Assist or manage special ad hoc projects and processes

What You Bring

• 4-year degree, with accounting coursework, preferred


• 1-2 years of previous accounting experience


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency with Microsoft Excel


• High attention to detail and staying on top of deadlines is a must


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus!
