Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects and initiatives.
Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
Process Modeling: Create and maintain process models to visualize and document current and future business processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within client organizations.
Solution Design: Collaborate with consulting teams to design solutions that address client needs, including process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational changes.
Business Case Development: Assist in developing compelling business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for client projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between clients and consulting teams, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
Change Management: Support clients in identifying the impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies associated with proposed changes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements through testing and quality assurance efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
Proficiency in using business and data analysis tools and methodologies.
Strong documentation and report-writing.
