Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Supply Chain.


• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of overall supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies


• Lead and mentor a high-performing team


• Optimize inventory management and logistics processes


• Foster collaboration with vendors and stakeholders


• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased


• Streamline logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.


• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors


• Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective


• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effectiveness.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives


• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field


• Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years in supply chain roles


• Strong leadership skills with 5 years in a management position


• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
