Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist.


• The Agronomist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with farming, including soil analysis, crop management, irrigation, plant nutrition and research.


• They will also work with the farm team to develop and implement sustainable farming practices and manage the overall productivity of the farm.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Soil Science and Agriculture


• Experience with Irrigation techniques and management


• Research skills in crop health and nutrition


• Understanding of plant nutrition and fertilization


• Ability to analyze soil samples and recommend necessary modifications


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Experience in a farm or agricultural setting is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field is required
