Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of cutting and slicing experience


• Good ability to tend machine that slices bread, cakes, and other bakery products.


• Ability to position and tighten cutting blades and adjusts guides to accommodate size of products to be sliced, using wrench.


• Ability to start and operate machine expertly. 


• Must be able to properly place products on conveyor and monitors slicing action of machine.


• Effective use of slicing machines etc....
