Job Description

• We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing design team and create engaging multimedia for our target audience

Key Responsibilities

• Generating original ideas for designs that meet organizational needs


• Create engaging designs for graphical illustrations, animations, logos, layouts, photos and videos.


• Develop concepts, graphics, illustrations and layouts using design software.


• Ensure graphics, animation, video and layouts are visually appealing and adhere to brand guidelines.


• Introducing prototypes to stakeholders for feedback


• Collaborate with the media and development teams and other external stakeholders to execute designs.


• Perform audio and video production and post-processing.


• Content creation and customer engagement.


• Supporting the design needs of the organization in content creation, customer engagement, marketing and sales, website/app development, advertising, broadcasting etc.

Requirements and skills

• Proven graphic design experience


• Proven skill in animation


• A portfolio of creative work illustrations, animations or other graphics


• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, Figma etc)


• A keen eye for aesthetics and details


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines


• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a bonus
