We require the service of an Assistant HR Manager (female preferred for Diversity's sake).
Person Specification
The candidate should possess at least a B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related course of study.
She must have at least 4 years of cognate experience as an HR Generalist.
She must be a member of CIPM or any other relevant professional body.
A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Factory experience is an added advantage
The ideal candidate must be able to handle Recruitment, Training & Development, performance management, employee grievances, payroll processing, statutory obligations, Staff documentation, Reports, etc.
The ideal candidate must be very good at the use of Microsoft office suite Excel, Word and Powerpoint, etc.
