Job Summary



  • Responsible for developing strategic plans that will help improve an organization to reach its goals and targets and improve profitability.

  • Analyze existing business strategies and practices and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Identify and determine creative solutions to improve the business.

  • Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.


Responsibilities



  • Designing and executing business strategies and plans to meet the company goals; Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

  • Manage the project teams to achieve business goals.

  • Work with the internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies

  • Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

  • Evaluate customer requirements and develop business plans to meet these requirements

  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities.

  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals.

  • Recruiting and training new team members/employees when and where necessary.

  • Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.

  • Review and improvise the relevant business development activities.

  • Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.

  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Business Development.

  • Must reside in Lagos

  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

  • Must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills .

  • Must be able to work under pressure, deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.

  • Ability to communicate complex issues logically.
