Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Warri for a Biomedical Equipment Technician.


• The Biomedical Equipment Technician will maintain and repair medical equipment, including life-support systems, x-ray machines, and diagnostic tools.


• They will also perform routine inspections, document service histories, and ensure that all equipment is up to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics Technology, or a related field


• 2+ years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician


• Strong technical skills in electronic and mechanical devices, electro-mechanical systems, and computer technology


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills


• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred


• Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
