SPECIFIC DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES



  • As the manager you would be responsible for Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the apartment/staff to ensure efficiency.

  • Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions.

  • Register the apartment on OTA's and channel managers like booking.com, expedia and manage their operations etc

  • Answer guest questions and provide exceptional services to guest during their stays. Request feedback from guest and maintain a professional gesture at all times.

  • Responsible for doing room shows to guest and giving them a tour of the apartment.

  • Responsible for directing guest and calling prospective guest that has made reservations. Handle the reservation calendar and follow up with guest for bookings.

  • Call the maintenance team to handle any maintenance issue ranging from plumbing, electrical, engineering and mechanical.

  • Call vendors as at when due to service the generator.

  • Have an understanding on how to switch on the generator and also the water pumping machines.

  • Maintain professional HR processes, staff filling, recruitment, staff disciplinary issues from time to time.

  • Responsible for manual and e-filing of guest files as well as company files.

  • Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings

  • Ensure the apartment is clean at all times, well restocked as at when necessities and explain the house rules to new guests.

  • Liaising closely with the sales and marketing team to make sure business is coming in at the right price.

  • Attend all company trainings and work shop from time to time.

  • Supervising staff members and communicating the importance of customer satisfaction.

  • Checking the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.

  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.

  • Attending to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Any other task as may be assigned by the management.
