Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Analyst located in Lagos State, Nigeria.


• The Investment Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, creating financial models,and communicating investment recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a strong background in Investments, Finance, and Analytical Skills


• Experience in Financial Modeling and Portfolio Management


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field


• 5 years experience in buy/ sell side and in depth understanding of the Nigerian equity and fixed income markets


• CFA or other relevant financial certifications would be an added advantage


• It would be an advantage to be a SEC sponsored individual and familiarity with the regulations
