• Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
  

Responsibilities:

Initial Setup:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial records.


• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with the Rivers State tax system.


• Set up and organize all necessary documentation for accounting, taxes, and VAT.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly updates on accounting and tax-related matters.


• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.


• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, adapting strategies accordingly.


• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a tax accountant, preferably in Rivers State.


• In-depth knowledge of the Rivers State tax system.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.


• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.


• Willingness to travel for occasional in-person meetings.
