We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and a firm sense of commitment to serve as a Sales Supervisor. This is a selected position that combines both sales and business development and day-to-day sales team management in the same role.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for building and managing the sales team in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.
Provide clients with the highest level of service and support in order to retain their business grow their accounts and gain referrals.
Generating new business leads and setting appointments
Making sales presentations to prospective clients
Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Following up on client referrals
Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
Specific Qualifications
First Degree in any Business Management or related degree
Minimum 3 years’ work experience ina logistics industry ispreferred
Proven track record of success in previous employment
Strong desire to build a sales career
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
Solid diplomatic and conflict-management skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Sales experience is mandatory.
