The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception to launch.
What You Will Do
Own delivery of product initiatives and releases.
Understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy with detailed requirements and prototypes.
Interact with clients and users to obtain reformative feedback on customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
Ensuring the quality of the product, including continuous service improvement, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of the wider business.
Identifying the best processes and delivery methods to use, including for measuring and evaluating outcomes.
Supporting technical colleagues to manage and visualize the outcomes, prioritize work, and meet the agreed minimum viable product, print, and scope.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Align with other teams to identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product.
Analyze potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems.

Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to design, sample production, testing, promotion, support, etc. by creating a detailed product roadmap.
Work with QA engineers to create test plans and execute tests.
Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant field.
3-5 years of product management experience.
Previous experience working in the payments/fintech space
Demonstrated success in launching a new product/feature.
Ability to display a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of the agile methodology.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly to change.
