Job Purpose



  • The purpose of the job is to ensure the organization's financial and operational systems are well-managed, and to provide strategic support to clients, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the organization's mission and goals.


Job Description

Financial Analysis:



  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.


Operations Management:



  • Assess and streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and workflow.


Consulting and Advisory:



  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.

  • Provide strategic guidance and actionable recommendations based on financial and operational analyses.

  • Support clients in making informed decisions by presenting findings and proposals effectively.


Project Management:



  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to execute projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.


Continuous Improvement:



  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with at least 5 years experience.

  • Proven experience in finance, operations management, or consulting roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
