  • As a Vendor associate at Pharmarun, you will play a critical role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our pharmacy partners.

  • Your deep understanding of the pharmacy landscape, coupled with your excellent relationship management skills, will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless flow of operations.

  • Additionally, you will be in charge of managing our pharmacy community and fostering strong connections among our stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers. Understand their products, pricing, and policies thoroughly.

  • Vendor Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess vendor performance, including delivery times, product quality, and pricing competitiveness.

  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to secure advantageous agreements. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

  • Pharmaceutical Product Knowledge: Utilize your pharmacy background to evaluate pharmaceutical products and make informed procurement decisions.

  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions.

  • Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs associated with the procurement process to maintain profitability.

  • Community Management: Oversee and manage our pharmacy community, fostering strong connections and collaboration among stakeholders.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or procurement.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Excellent relationship management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
