  • The Senior Auditor is expected to be involved in all aspects of the FIRM’S assignments from planning to preparing a high-quality completed file for manager or partner review.


Core Responsibilities



  • Ability to plan and execute audit assignments with little or no supervision.

  • Ensuring that jobs are completed on time with high quality and within budget.

  • Good practical experience of current tax laws and applications.

  • Presenting the Audit Manager with a complete assignment file with minimal review points.

  • To be aware of developments concerning client affairs and to identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.

  • Cross sell other firm’s services to clients to contribute to incremental fee income for the Firm.

  • Ability to supervise and train subordinate members of staff coupled with strong leadership skills


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years experience

  • The Audit Senior will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with good technical competence including solid audit experience (min 75% of current role) on a mix of clients

  • Experience within a Mid Tier Practice essential

  • Highly IT literate including accounting software experience an advantage

  • First-class communication skills and the ability to supervise and manage a team essential.
