Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing potential clients or customers through research and outreach.


• Deep understanding of the products or services being offered to communicate their value effectively.


• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.


• Delivering compelling presentations to showcase products or services and address client needs.


• Skillfully negotiating terms, pricing, and agreements to close deals successfully.


• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization.


• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.


• Providing ongoing support and addressing customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.


• Effectively utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage leads.


• Generating regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Relevant experience in marketing, especially in Information technology


• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
