• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team as a Product/Project Manager.


• As a Product/Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining the direction and strategy of our fintech product offerings, as well as managing the entire product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, goals, and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.


• Conduct local and international market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product development and deployment.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements local and internationally.


• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and resource availability.


• Gather and document detailed requirements and specifications for new features and functionality.


• Monitor and analyze key product metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.


• Act as the product evangelist, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.


• Stay up-to-date with local and international industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product development decisions.


• Develop and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with business goals and market demands.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance or any related field.


• Fintech Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial technology trends, products, and market dynamics.


• Minimum 3 years proven experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industries.


• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand the basics of software development.


• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision, requirements, and updates to various stakeholders.


• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.


• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to fintech products.


• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
