Job brief


We are looking to hire a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for a  well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Pastor’s working life and communication.


Job Responsibilities



  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments


Requirements and skills



  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.

  • B. Sc English (2:1) from a reputable institution.

  • Ability to transcribe and take good notes.

  • Excellent note taking skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication.

  • Critical thinking & active learning.
