Job Overview

• Maintenance engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of equipment, machinery, or facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues or areas needing maintenance.


• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot ELV equipment or other technical problems to determine the root cause of malfunctions.


• Repairs: Perform repairs on faulty equipment or systems, using tools and technical expertise to restore functionality.


• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address issues and prevent breakdowns.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures.


• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.


• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize downtime and address critical issues.

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field


• 2 - 5 years of experience as a ELV Maintenance Engineer


• Good knowledge of Maintenance Processes documentation, engineering drawings, technical reports, and as-built documentation.
