Job Summary
- Preparation of the Company's Business Plans, Project Budgets, Management, and Project Reports for Monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of performance.
- Partnering with Business Partners in protecting the Company's margins through control of projects and operational costs, maximizing income, and assisting Management to achieve its Earnings objectives.
- Preparation and Monitoring of Project Cash Flows and collection of Receivables for improvement of the company's Cash flow.
- Maintaining adequate accounting records for Off Plan Sales and Deposits from Clients.
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc. (1st or 2nd Class Upper) in Social Sciences or Management
- Qualified Accountant- ACA
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Financial Management, proficiency in Financial and Cost Accounting
- Proficiency in the use of Enterprise-wide Accounting applications such as SAGE or SAP, MS Office packages, and PowerPoint Presentation
