Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Responsible for the general cleanliness of the facility.

  • Clean and tidy up of showroom.

  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

  • Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Empty trash bins frequently.

  • Removal of cobwebs regularly.

  • Cleaning of windows with appropriate cleaning tools.

  • Regular cleaning of toilet seats and washing hand basins.

  • Ensure there is water and toilet supplies at all times.

  • Ensure that the walls are clean and not dirty.

  • Cleaning of the general showroom environment: walk ways, corridors, etc.

  • Maintaining a clean environment at all times throughout the day.

  • Service of food, tea, coffee etc.

  • Running of errands.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in showroom/office settings cleaning roles.

  • Residence in Kado/Jahi, Abuja.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

  • Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills.

  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.

  • Should be willing to work 26 days a month.

  • Should be willing to work with the company long term.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Should be between the ages of 20 – 30 and single.

  • Hygienic and always neatly dressed.


Other Requirements:



  • Ability to Multi task

  • Hardworking, respectful and obedient

  • Any other task assigned by the management.

  • Restock cleaning supplies for the facility.

  • Maintain inventory of company cleaning supplies.

  • Report any issues that require maintenance.

  • Assist with other assigned duties.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work at all time.

  • Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests.
