Job Brief

We are seeking to employ a Builder who will be responsible for the interior finishingof residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and blueprints

Description

• Tol handle finishing works inassigned projects


• Interpret and study construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.


• Perform various construction tasks with eyes for details.


• To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any


• To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects


• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.


• To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to.


• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and time constraints.


• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issue, and recommend solutions to ensure quality and timely completion.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met.


• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal building regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc in Building


• Certification as a Builder will be an added advantage


• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing large building projects most preferably on finishing stage


• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and tools.


• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.


• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.


• Excellent Time management skills


• A good understanding of HSE duties


• On-site construction planning and management


• Strong Finishing background with eyes fordetails
