Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Strategy Associate located in Abuja.


• The Senior Strategy Associate will be responsible for conducting market and industry research, developing and implementing strategies, consulting on business matters, and creating presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-8yrs relevant work experience in consulting, strategy in financial services industry


• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and insights to inform decision making


• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely


• Experience in consulting or advising on business matters


• Proficiency in conducting market and industry research


• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling and persuasive presentations


• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field


• Experience working in the financial industry or with MSMEs is a plus


• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams
